- Ranking Reports Management – led the submission and briefing process of five IDC MarketScapes, a Gartner Market Guide, and two QKS SPARK Matrix reports in six months, resulting in a leadership position in all reports.
- Industry Event Management – coordinated the themes and presentation sessions for five customer stories, resulting in 200+ qualified attendees.
- G2 Customer Advocacy Program – performed market assessment and evaluation resulting in a new customer review program that yielded 75+ new reviews and improved positioning as an enterprise solution leader in 12 months. This program was launched to replace the loss of a Gartner Magic Quadrant market report serving the field service management industry.
Public Relations & Brand Awareness
- Corporate Repositioning – led a messaging campaign with the industry analyst community to provide guidance and insight on why a Product Lifecycle Management organization purchased a field service management company. This campaign was executed with email and blog post communications, followed by live briefings and event engagement for 12 months.
- Website Content Creation – prepared the content for three key pillar pages as part of the servicemax.com migration to ptc.com, incorporating revised messaging as part of the PTC portfolio of solutions coupled with appropriate demand generation and thought leadership marketing assets.
- External Announcements – authored all external communications to the analyst and influencer community regarding new product launches and other significant announcements.
Product Marketing
- Market Intelligence – researched and prepared competitor battlecards highlighting strengths and weaknesses of competitor field service management products, providing the messaging and positioning to help improve the effectiveness and performance of the PTC/ServiceMax sales team.
- Go-to-market Strategy – collaborated with product management and growth marketing team to identify, create, and publish content positioning PTC/ServiceMax solutions as industry-leading by highlighting competitive differentiators. Contributed to building a $50 million pipeline in nine months to achieve the annual goal.
- Pricing Research – led initiative to identify potential pricing opportunities on AI-enabled premium services, leading to a revision in the messaging and positioning of these offers.
Growth Marketing & Demand Generation
- Campaign Execution – identified, built, and executed 6 demand generation campaigns based on service-led thought-leadership marketing assets, including analyst ranking reports, podcasts, and webinars that achieved engagement objectives and resulted in top-of-the-funnel pipeline generation of 100 or more prospects per campaign – over 1,100 for a high-performing campaign.
- ICP Analysis – worked with product management and marketing teams to help define ideal customer profiles for new ancillary add-on products to size the market opportunity and estimate potential revenue impact.
- Sales Enablement & Optimization – captured new market insights from Gartner based on the involvement of finance stakeholders as part of an enterprise software sales process, demonstrating the ability to accelerate the timeline and quality of deals by 3X or 4X per engagement. Presented findings to the sales and enablement teams.
